1. Nature of Services

Kalasrishti Global provides curated travel, creative, wellness, and cultural retreat experiences. We are not a medical, psychological, or therapy provider.

All activities are optional, and participation is voluntary.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years or older. By booking, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate.

3. Payments

Your booking is confirmed only after payment of the required deposit or full amount. Prices are subject to change until payment is received.

4. Travel & Accommodation

Kalasrishti Global is not responsible for:
• Flight delays
• Visa issues
• Travel disruptions
• Personal travel expenses
• Acts of God, natural disasters, or government restrictions

Accommodation is arranged as part of the retreat package when mentioned.

5. Behavior & Conduct

We maintain a safe, respectful environment. Any participant engaging in inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive behavior may be removed without refund.

6. Liability

By joining our programs, you accept full responsibility for your own health, safety, and belongings. Kalasrishti Global is not liable for injury, loss, illness, or accidents during the retreat.

7. Photography & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during retreats for marketing. If you prefer not to be featured, please inform us in writing.

8. Program Changes

We reserve the right to change schedules, venues, or activities if required for safety or logistics.
